Spring Ahead

If you haven't already heard it and done so (and I don't know how that could be possible) today is the day that most of us move our clocks ahead one hour. It's hard to imagine that winter is just about gone! Reminds me of that song........who knows where the time goes...........

I didn't need the TV, the radio or a person in real life or online to tell me that Spring is just around the corner and it's time to move the clocks up. Our mockingbirds took care of that. They started singing! I love our mockingbirds and love to hear them chatter away. They're late this year though. They usually start singing sometimes around Valentine's Day. Guess I'm not the only one that was surprised by how quickly winter flew by.
Before long, our birds will be paired up, building nests and tending their young. And Althea will be one unhappy camper because she'll have to remain inside unless one of us can go out with her. Until next time.....
