Open For Beadness

Now that the holidays are behind us, I re opened my Etsy deStash shop. I closed the doors in November so that I could slow down and enjoy the holiday season. Last night it felt right to put the lights back on. I'm slowly but surely re listing expired items and photographing and listing new ones. I use this shop strictly for deStash. I don't buy beads in bulk to resell. There are times when I make a purchase and decide later that I don't like what I bought or I simply don't use that particular treasure anymore. It's nice to have the bead shop at times like this. I even turned on direct checkout for those of you that don't like or don't have PayPal. Click here and you'll magically appear at the door. Check back often. You never know what you'll find.
Until next time.....

deStash Update

I've been adding beads to my Etsy deStash shop this week. Stop by and check out my booty. I'm not buying as many beads as I usually do, so it is really hard to part with the ones that I have. There are some that I have plenty of and some that I just won't use, so I may as well get rid of them. Right? Please say "right".
Until next time.....

Hello Yellow

Hello sunshine. Nice to see you again. We've had plenty of sun this spring. Would it be rude of me to ask you to shop shining long enough to rain on my gardens? It would be nice to stay indoors and make some new jewelry. We both know that I won't do that as long as I see your sunny face. I'll be your BFF. Thanks.
I hope that you're getting the right mix of weather where you live.
Until next time.

The Cottage Garden Revisited

My garden is filled with plants that I've carried with me throughout the years. Many of them are heirloom plants and seeds that date back 50+ years. Right now, my lilac bushes are in full bloom. These bushes came from small clumps that I dug up from John's grandmother's shrub.
My jewelry garden is filled with vintage glass flowers. Some of those flowers make their way into my deStash shop. In my minds eye, they mirror my garden.

Spring Flower Beads

I have a limited edition of some of my fave flower and leaf beads in my deStash shop. I may be adding more varieties, although I'm not sure. I'm getting to the point where I want to hold onto most of them. Quantities of vintage beads are limited and once they're gone, they're gone. Unless someone unearths another dusty, dark bead warehouse.
Click on the bead collage to get to my shop. Have a look around. If you see something you like, you should grab it before someone else does.

I've got one eye on the treasury, that is standing at 333! Better put the other eye on it.
Until next time.....

Recycling Beads From My Studio To Yours

I'm cleaning 'house' and adding new beads and findings to my Etsy deStash shop. I use that shop to deStash beads and findings that I don't want or need, and trust me, I have a lot of them! Stop on by.
Until next time.....
