Shadow Shot Sunday

Yesterday was the 40th anniversary of Woodstock. I was a few years too young to go, but I sure did want to be there. I remember seeing the cars backed up on 17.
I wanted to mark the day with a Shadow Shot from 1972. I'm the one in the shadow of the hat, surrounded by my friends: Mitch and Gary to the sides, and Chris, above me.
Where did all that time go?

For more shadowy goodness, go here:

Have a great week~
Until next time.....

What an interesting shadow.
I was 17 the year of Woodstock and never went. But I have followed it through the years. Hard to believe it has been 40 years !!!

My guy (whose name is Mitch) and I have been watching all the documentaries on tv. We've come to the conclusion that we would both give pretty much anything to have been there.

I love the photo, you're a cutie! :-)

What a groovy bunch you were! I love this cool vintage photo!!! I would never have known about your friend above you if you didn't say. Looks a bit camera-shy? ;)

Finally the face of the beautiful KT!

Love that shot. Love It!

Time really does fly. I was also just remembering the 1968 Newport Pop Festival (which was the first ever) that I attended at age 11. It was much more than a young girl should absorb, for sure.

Cheers- Faro
